Children’s Privacy
Our App caters to individuals aged 18 years or above, and we do not knowingly gather or solicit personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, we kindly request that you refrain from using or providing any information on this App or through any of its features. In the event that we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. Should you suspect that we may have obtained information from or about a child under 18, please contact us without delay.
III. DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES
We utilize your information for the following objectives:
- Providing the App and its services: Your information is utilized to deliver the App and its services to you effectively. This involves processing functional data and automatically processed data to ensure seamless access and utilization of the App.
(a) Functional Data
Fulfilling our contractual obligations and delivering requested services necessitates functional data. This is crucial to ensure the full functionality of the App.
User Content: This encompasses any text or content you input into the message field and transmit via the App (“Input”), as well as any text or content generated by AI through the App (“Output”). You retain the right to utilize, share, and exploit your User Content for personal purposes, subject to adherence to the rules and restrictions outlined in our Terms of Use. However, the use of User Content carries inherent risks, and you assume all associated responsibilities. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant laws when using User Content. Please note that third-party service provider OpenAI, L.L.C., is engaged for processing and generating AI-generated User Content. Furthermore, if you opt for the “GPT + Internet” feature, your Input will be processed by third-party service providers Microsoft Corporation and Google LLC to acquire relevant Internet search results and update your Output accordingly. Please refer to Section IV for insights into the privacy policies and practices of OpenAI, L.L.C., Microsoft Corporation, and Google LLC.
Contact Information: This encompasses your name, email address, and any additional content provided when contacting us via email or support form. We store and process this information using our cloud storage provider, Amazon.com, Inc. This data is utilized to address your inquiries, fulfill your requests, and deliver requested services or communications.
(b) Payment Information
Secure processing and charging for in-app purchases, as well as handling personal information, are the responsibilities of our e-commerce provider, Apple. We do not access or utilize your credit or debit card information, as this is handled under the contract between you and Apple. Rules and policies for in-app purchases can be directly accessed from the app stores.
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
- Enhancing the App and personalizing your experience: Automatically processed data is used to analyze user interactions with the App, identify areas for enhancement, and test new features and functionalities. This aids in continuous improvement and provision of better services. Automatically processed data may also be used to personalize your App experience by presenting tailored content or suggesting relevant features or services.
(c) Automatically Processed Data
- Log file information: Generated and reported automatically when accessing the App, log file information includes details such as usage start and stop times, and interactions with the App.
- Mobile Device Data: Encompasses device identifiers, device characteristics, internet connection information, location-related data, and other device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Utilized to enhance App operation effectiveness and gather aggregated information for optimization, marketing, and provision of relevant content and features.
- Application Information: App name, API key, version, and properties are reported for automated processing and analysis.
- Ad-related information: Details regarding viewed advertisements, including time, date, content type, and response, may be reported.
- In-App Events: Automatically captured data pertaining to in-App activities, such as tutorial completion, in-app purchases, or progress tracking.
Third-party automatic data processing technologies are employed for analyzing information sent by your device through our App, typically in non-personal, aggregated form. Some integrated tools may conduct automated processing of personal data, including profiling, to evaluate personal aspects or predict preferences, interests, behavior, or location. You may withdraw permission for tracking at any time via opt-out options in Section VIII.
Please note that we lack control over information provided automatically to third-party tools, thus cannot assume responsibility for their processing. It's important to be aware that third-party services may engage in personal data profiling using technologies beyond our control. For queries regarding personal information disclosure, direct them to involved third parties (refer to Section V).
- Communication: Your contact information may be utilized to communicate App updates, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
(d) Contact Information: Your name, email address, and data submitted as part of support requests.
- Policy Enforcement and Rights Protection: Your information may be used to enforce policies, safeguard rights, investigate fraud, prevent spam or unauthorized activity, and comply with legal obligations.
Should we utilize your information for purposes not explicitly listed, we will notify you and obtain necessary consent as per applicable laws.

We retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to provide the functional service of the App and fulfill legal obligations. Should you wish for us to discontinue the use of your physically accessed and stored information, you may request deletion of your personal data and closure of your account.

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services, and vice versa. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these entities or the content therein. Your use of these third-party resources is at your own risk.

VIII. OPT-OUT PROCEDURES
Location Data Processing:
Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. Choose the App and set “Share My Location” to “Never”.
Marketing Tracking:
Option 1: Limit Ad Tracking - Settings > Privacy > Advertising.
Option 2: Disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track” - Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
After opting out, you may still receive non-personalized contextual ads.
IX. DATA SECURITY
We prioritize the security of your personal information and have implemented measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We follow industry-standard practices and use encryption algorithms to secure your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

- Describe your request clearly for proper understanding and response.

- Note that we may require additional information or documentation for identity verification and may perform identity checks through third-party services.
We handle personal information provided in verifiable consumer requests carefully, using it only for verification purposes. This information is maintained for a reasonable period and disposed of after its purpose is fulfilled.
We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you with reasons and the extension period. Please note, we are only obligated to fulfill two requests per customer per year.
